We are seekng an individual with work management and organizational skills to head up our paint department. Candidates of interest will have the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in crew leadership, including providing work direction and skills training.
• Demonstrated ability to plan workloads, materials, and logistics.
• Knowledge of industrial paints, painting equipment and painting techniques.
• Hands-on skill at high volume industrial painting is a plus.

Our Painter produces high quality finishes on a wide variety of large tanks and metal parts.

Candidates must be able to qualify for respirator wear, have experience in high volume paint mixing, conventional, airless, and air pot equipment, and paint room safety procedures.

Painting experience in an industrial environment is essential for consideration.

Our Prefab Department is looking for candidates with all of the following qualifications:

Job Qualifications of Interest

• CNC Burn Table experience.
• Exposure to laser cutting technology.
• Solid blueprint reading skills.
• Heavy metal material handling.
• Additional experience with other fabrication machinery, such as Shear, Vertical Saw, Roller, and/or Press Brake.
